Of the several recent books on Johnson, I found this to be perhaps the most interesting, and one that changed some of my previous views of the early blues man. A good reading copy: covers are lightly worn, there is light dampstaining to a few pages, and some minor yellow highlighting in a few spots. Nevertheless, a serviceable copy.
