The author was the Supervising Principal of the Ballston Spa School system, and produced the book for the used of students. Brief descriptions of all the towns in the county. The approximately 15” x 24” folded map inside the rear cover appears to have never been opened. Inscribed by the author on the title page. A tiny chip on the right edge of the front wrapper, and a short split at the bottom of the spine, but otherwise a very nice copy that has probably seen little if any use. Very good.
