Russell, W.E. (1857-1896).   Signed card by the 37th Governor of Massachusetts from 1891-1894, and at the time the youngest man ever elected to that office. He graduated from Harvard in 1877, and from 1885-1888 served as mayor of Cambridge, MA. . 2" x 3.5", in fine condition.
